"As an eye liner: apply along the upper and/or lower lash line
As a 'khôl': apply to the inner eye line by gently pulling down the lower part of the eye
As an eyeshadow blended onto the eyelid: apply to the eyelid and blend out the color using the foam tip for a smoky result. NOTE: Due to its waterproof formula, Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil dries quickly, so you must smudge immediately after application.
