Take a warm shower about 1-2 hours before bedtime to get ready for sleep. Apply the oil to damp skin and massage in circular motions until it turns into a silky lather. Rinse with lukewarm water. Rinse off the bath or shower after use so that no one slips. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs.
