Use morning and evening. Squeeze a five-krona-sized amount of face wash into the palm of your hand, add a splash of water and lather up.
Massage into the skin of the face and neck, paying particular attention to the "T-zone" (forehead, nose and chin). Rinse with warm water and pat the skin dry with a towel. Then squeeze a five-krona-sized amount of moisturizer onto clean fingertips and massage into the face and neck.
