Use your favorite brush or Camouflage Powder Brush to pat the product on. Use under the eyes to hold the makeup in place. For optimal results, avoid brushing the brush across the skin
Since there are white pigments in this powder, it should only be used to brighten the under-eye area and make the makeup last longer.
