Spray the toner directly onto the face and neck, or apply with cotton pads, after cleansing morning and evening and as needed throughout the day. Let evaporate naturally. Avoid spraying directly into the eyes. Also perfect to use in the summer when sunbathing for a soothing and cooling effect.
