Use as a daily cleanser morning and evening. Gently massage into damp skin and then rinse with water. Use as a cleansing mask twice a week. Massage into dry skin. Leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse. Avoid the eye area. Can be combined with other masks to meet your skin's specific needs.
