Brush up your brows with the spoolie end. Use the pencil side with the oval tip to apply color in short, feathery strokes following the natural shape of your brows. Use the spoolie brush to brush through and blend the color. For extra fullness and definition, apply a layer of Strength & Length Serum-Infused Brow Gel.
