Wash your hair with a suitable Hair & Body Shampoo. Apply Hair Therapy to wet to damp hair. If you have a dry scalp, you can also apply the pack there. Leave on for 10-20 minutes, preferably with a towel around your head. Then rinse your hair thoroughly. Use twice a week for best results
Hair Therapy can also be used as a conditioner for treated hair.
