1. Shake the bottle of eye and lip makeup remover before use so that the two phases of water and oil mix well
2. Dispense makeup remover onto a cotton pad and then clean the eyelids and eye contour. Wet the cotton pad again and then gently hold it against your lashes for a few seconds before gently wiping away the makeup.
