"For the face 2-3 drops. Work up a soft foam and rinse thoroughly. For the body, only a small pressure on the bottle on a damp washcloth is needed. In a foot bath 1.5 tsp. For hand washing - first dilute 1:10 and apply directly to the dish brush. Add 2 tablespoons to bath water and the essential oils will smell even better in warm water.
