Step 1: Slightly bend the spool of your Brow Lift Applicator and use the spool to brush out your brows
Step 2: Dip the spool in Brow Lift and brush the spool through your brows, directing the hairs up and out for a fluffy, lifted look
Step 3: Use the spatula end of the applicator to flatten the brow hairs in the same direction for a laminated look that stays in place. Let dry for 60 seconds
Step 4: Fill in sparse areas of your brows with our Ultra Precise Brow Pencil.
