Apply after makeup. Hold the powder container upside down and tap it gently to collect a little powder in the lid. Dip a powder brush into the powder, gently shake off excess powder. Then apply to face. Use Clinique's powder massage technique for a perfect look: Pour a small amount of powder into the palm of your hand, warm the powder in your palms and gently pat your fingertips over your skin.
