"1: Clean the tool, preferably with a germicidal wipe
2: Clean the skin with warm water to open the pores. Then pat the skin dry with a clean towel
3: Hold the Blackhead Extractor with one hand, like tweezers, and use the other hand to keep the skin taut
4: Gently press the rounded part (not the pointed one) against the skin and around the blackhead you want to remove
5: Squeeze the blackhead as it starts to come out of the skin. Gently roll the tool to pull out the blackhead
6: Remove the tool from the face and clean. Repeat where necessary. Discontinue if irritation occurs
7: Clean the tool with germicidal agent when you are finished and let it air dry
