Cleanse your face and for best results use a peel before applying the mask. Apply a generous layer to the skin, carefully covering the entire skin surface. Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2-3 times a week, or as often as needed. After washing off the mask, apply your serum and day or night cream.
